What Clients May and May Not Ask Us to Produce or Support

Clients may not use 1st North Star services to create, facilitate, distribute, or promote unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, infringing, malicious, or materially harmful activity.

Prohibited Uses Include

  • Fraud, impersonation, phishing, credential theft, or deceptive financial schemes
  • Malware, unauthorized access, cyber abuse, or circumvention of security controls
  • Harassment, threats, doxxing, or unlawful discrimination
  • Infringement of copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
  • Creation or distribution of unlawful sexual content or exploitation
  • Promotion or facilitation of unlawful goods or services
  • Fabricated testimonials, fake reviews, deceptive endorsements, or intentionally misleading business claims
  • Academic cheating or impersonation where prohibited
  • Requests requiring professional licensure when the service is not being provided by an appropriately qualified professional
  • Any activity prohibited by applicable law or the terms of required third-party platforms

Right to Decline or Stop Work

We may refuse, pause, or terminate projects that we reasonably believe violate this policy, expose our team or systems to unacceptable risk, or conflict with third-party platform requirements.
