AI Output Can Be Wrong
AI systems can generate inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, fabricated, or misleading information. AI output must not be assumed correct merely because it is fluent or convincing.
Human Review
We use human review as appropriate to the service, but the depth of verification depends on the purchased scope. Clients should independently review final content before publication or reliance.
No Guarantee of Originality
AI-generated or AI-assisted content may contain concepts, phrasing, styles, or similarities that overlap with existing material. We do not guarantee that AI output is unique, copyrightable, or free from third-party claims unless a specific written service expressly provides such review.
Professional and Regulated Content
Legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting, engineering, compliance, or other regulated or high-stakes material must be reviewed by an appropriately qualified professional before use. General digital-service work is not a substitute for licensed advice.
Client Responsibility for Publication
The client is responsible for deciding whether final content is suitable for publication, advertising, submission, distribution, or business use.
Third-Party AI Platforms
AI services may be provided through third-party platforms with their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and technical limitations. We do not control those platforms.
Sensitive Data
Clients should not provide highly sensitive personal, medical, financial, authentication, or confidential information for AI processing unless the workflow has been specifically approved and appropriate safeguards are in place.
